Ford to cut 200 jobs at Oakville, Ontario assembly plant in September as sales slow
On July 19, Ford Motor Co. said it will cut approximately 200 jobs at its Oakville, Ontario plant starting in September as sales of some models slow.
The company said sales of its Ford Flex SUV and Lincoln MKT crossover are slowing, and it will no longer sell the Ford Edge SUV in some European markets.
