FORVIA Faurecia is involved in the so called HyMot project, which explores the possibilities to convert a Renault diesel engine to hydrogen for LCV as part of France's strategy to develop the green hydrogen sector. The HyMot hydrogen engine has undergone dyno testing and is currently tested in a Renault Master demonstrator vehicle to validate its real-world performance.
