China March sales down 0.6% y/y. Amid sluggish NEV sales, sedans like the BYD Qin series performed poorly, while Nissan's N series (NEVs) maintained steady sales.
- China March production down 3.0% y/y. BYD's core Qin, Song, and Yuan series saw significant production cuts, while Chery, BAIC, and Great Wall steadily increased production driven by strong SUV sales.
- Russia March sales up 25% y/y. The significant overall sales increase was driven by a sharp decline in the same period last year and the recovery of supply from Chinese automakers such as Great Wall Motor and Geely.
- Turkey March sales down 12.8% y/y. Sales of volume models such as the Renault Clio and Fiat Egea declined across the board due to rising interest rates and soaring vehicle prices.

Chery officially launched the Tiggo 7L (compact SUV) and Fulwin T9L (large 5-seater mid-size sporty SUV) in April. As new additions to the series, they further strengthen the competitiveness of the product lineup.
