Supply chain: Honda e:N series (China)
The Honda e:N series is a brand of next-generation EVs developed primarily for the Chinese market.The limited-edition Insight, set to launch in Japan in the spring of 2026, is based on the e:NS2.
CATL is the primary supplier of batteries, while the drive motor is manufactured by Vitesco.
The display is supplied by Tianma Microelectronics, and the Driver Monitoring System (DMS) is sourced from a Chinese ADAS component manufacturer.
While Japanese suppliers are involved in providing seats and suspension components, many of the intelligent components are sourced from Chinese manufacturers.
