Supply chain: Suzuki Dzire (India)

The Maruti Suzuki Dzire is a B-segment four-door sedan built on Suzuki's global "HEARTECT" platform.
In 2025, it boasted the highest annual sales volume in the Indian market.
Since it was developed based on the Swift, which is also produced by Maruti Suzuki, the use of so-called "bundled orders" to suppliers is particularly notable.
Suppliers such as Asahi India Glass (glass), Subros (compressors), Krishna Maruti (seats and door trim), Marelli Motherson (headlamps), JTEKT (steering gear), and Munjal Kiriu (brake discs) are used, likely aiming to reduce costs through economies of scale.
