1984年10月	GM (美国) 与韩国大宇集团出资各半成立本公司。
1994年12月	取得ISO9001认证。
1995年12月	镇川工厂竣工。
1996年11月	群山工厂竣工。

1998年05月	成立技术研究所。
1998年08月	收购大宇电子骊州工厂，开始涉足汽车电子控制系统业务。
2000年01月	更名为韩国德尔福 (株)。
2003年04月	在泰国成立KDAC (Thailand) Co., Ltd.。
2004年08月	总部迁至大邱市。
2005年09月	富平工厂竣工。
2007年09月	在中国常熟成立Changshu KDAC Co., Ltd.。
2014年12月	在韩国成立eKdac。
2015年11月	Korea Delphi Automotive Systems Corporation更名为erae Automotive Systems Co., Ltd.。
