2016年10月13日,首部《中国节能汽车蓝皮书》在节能与新能源汽车产业峰会上发布。《中国节能汽车蓝皮书:中国节能汽车发展报告(2015~2016)》是第一本关于中国节能汽车产业发展的年度研究报告,是由中国汽车工程研究院统筹自身和行业优势资源,全面论述中国汽车产业节能发展的权威报告。

CARoLINE-Acoustic test on mechatronic assemblies
Noise and impact sound analysis of motor-driven components with CARoLINE in End-of-Line Test

To evaluate the quality of rotating, motor-driven components in the vehicle, impact sound analyses became more and more essential. Besides the reduction of noise, it is helpful to identify noises to evaluate the quality of manufacturing.

Electronic controllers control complex electromotive components in the vehicle. The controllers are partly within the gears to drive the motor with the shifted gears, the gear wheels and connected mechanical components. Through the acoustic analyses, explicit information about the quality of subcomponents are possible.

With the help of statistical analyses and the evaluation of acoustic properties you can improve manufacturing and assembly processes.
These methods are provided by the acoustic system CARoLINE. With simple parameters, complex methods such as pulse valuation, order filter or scaling are adjustable. Via scatter diagrams/spread patterns you can test the parameters and adapt the manufacturing process.

A PLC-, Ethernet- or RS232-interface synchronize the control system of the equipment with the acoustic system.
The structured screen display analyzes the equipment and gives information about the status. Hereby, the result of the noise analysis is evaluated, visualized and centrally recorded.

CARMEN-Motorentest for the quality assurance of electromechanical components

GOEPEL electronic continues to extend its range of functional test systems with the introduction of CARMEN, a test system specifically developed for the verification of mechanic characteristics of electro mechanical and servo motors.

The CARMEN’s modular architecture enables specific orientations due to changing units under test (UUTs). Hence, CARMEN can be well adjusted and extended, suiting perfectly for fast setup and reconstruction of test sections for various applications.

In the test run, the entire characteristic curve between idling and full rotary speed up to the block can be passed through to determine parameters such as efficiency, structure-borne noise, performance and power consumption. A considerable array of test methods, e.g. thermal, overload or starting behaviour, self-inhibition, ripple determination, characteristic curve and resistance reproduction are already integrated in the system. Optionally, CARMEN can be extended to include an acoustic test. Depending on customer requirements additional tests can be implemented.

The motor test system CARMEN was designed according to customer wishes referring to various DC motors. The effort in adjusting the system to different motor types can be minimised by a consistent mechanic interface. When retooling to new UUT types, the software supports users in setting and classifying the mechanic system. The software’s modular structure helps to significantly save time in programming according to implementing test requirements.

In addition to deterministic control methods and possible applications of dynamic loads, the modular and easily extendable software concept allows the decentralised and simple integration of additional resources. For example, motors can be tested due to the Hardware-in-the Loop (HIL) principle.
