Business Overview
-The Company is a leading global manufacturer of fluid storage, carrying, delivery, and thermal management products and systems for all vehicle types, from internal combustion engines (ICE) to battery electric vehicles (BEV).
-The Company is the number one supplier of brake and fuel lines, a top three supplier of fuel tanks and refrigeration lines and connectors, and a top five supplier of coolant modules.
-Effective from 1 January 2024, the Company is operating under a new regional reporting structure with three geographic regions: Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific.
-On April 15, 2025, the Company was acquired by ABC Technologies Inc. (ABC) for an enterprise value of over GBP 1.8 billion. The combined business will be rebranded as TI Automotive. The business is ideally positioned to support a diverse range of customers with its propulsion agnostic portfolio. It will have a combined revenue of USD 5.4 billion and 34,600 employees in 26 countries. TI Automotive will be led by Terry Campbell, ABC President and Chief Executive Officer. Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, TI Automotive will be managed through a Regional Operating Model to ensure customer proximity and the agility to respond rapidly to local market dynamics.
