Jul. 1986	Tong Hae Electrics Industries was established.
Oct. 1986	The Company started to manufacture wire harnesses
Oct. 1989	The Company established its R&D center.
Dec. 1994	The Company established Jungsung Mechatronics Co., Ltd. (currently called JSN Corporation) in Korea.
Sep. 1995	The Company's second wire harness facility was completed.
May 1996	The Company formed a technical alliance with the Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd.
Jul. 1996	The Company was listed on the Korea Stock Exchange.
Dec. 1999	The Company acquired QS9000 certification.
Jul. 2004	The Company established Qingdao Samseung Industrial Electrics Ltd. in China.
Dec. 2004	The Company acquired ISO/TS16949 certification.
Dec. 2004	The Company acquired ISO14001 certification.
Jul. 2005	The Company completed the construction of its Ulsan plant.
Jul. 2006	The Company established Qingdao D.H Cables Ltd. in China.
