-The Company is one of the world's leading manufacturers of tires and rubber products.
-The Company manufactures and sells tires under the Goodyear, Cooper, Dunlop, Kelly, Debica, Sava, Fulda, Mastercraft, Roadmaster, Mickey Thompson, Avon, and Remington brands, and various other Company-owned house brands, as well as the private-label brands of certain customers.
-The Company has three operating segments representing its regional tire businesses: Americas: Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); and Asia Pacific.
-On January 7, 2025, the Company signed a purchase agreement with Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. to sale its Dunlop brand and other rights in Europe, North America and Oceania for consumer, commercial, and other specialty tires, for USD 526 million.
