Business Overview
-The Company designs and manufactures aluminum wheels for OEMs the North American and European automotive markets as well as for the European aftermarket. The Company is one of the world’s largest aluminum wheel suppliers to global OEMs and one of the leaders in manufacturing aluminum wheels for the European aftermarket. Sales of OEM aluminum wheels accounted for approximately 92% of the Company’s total sales in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.
-The Company is organized into two reporting segments based on its operating regions: North America and Europe.
-On June 25, 2025, the Company received notifications from the New York Stock Exchange in which trading of its common stock would be suspended as the Company had been unable to meet the New York Stock Exchange’s listing standards. Following this notification, on July 8, 2025, the Company announced that it entered into an agreement to be acquired by a group of its term loan investors, including Oaktree Capital Management. As part of the agreement, the group of investors will convert a portion of their term loans into equity. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.

-As of June 25, 2025, the Company was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange for not meeting the exchange’s listing standards. After reaching an agreement on July 8, 2025, the Company will be acquired by a group of its term loan investors, including Oaktree Capital Management, transitioning into a private company.
