Jun. 1943 Established as "Sanko Senzai Kogyo Co., Ltd."with capital of 1.7 million yen to manufacture and process piano wires, springs and other wiring products.
Jun. 1952 Began supplying automotive-engine spring valves to several companies, including Toyota.
Jun. 1953 Successfully began mass-producing bead-wires for car tires.
Oct. 1964 Listed on the Osaka Stock Exchange Second Section.
Oct. 1967 Established Toyota plant in Aichi Pref.
Dec. 1972 Established Suncall Sendai in Miyagi Pref.
Feb. 1974 Established Suncall Kikuchi Corp. in Kumamoto Pref.
Mar. 1981 Established Suncall Engineering in Yamanashi Pref.
May 1989 Established Suncall Sanko Corp. in Michigan, USA with 100% ownership.
Jun. 1989 Established Sanko Peterson Corp. with 50% ownership by Suncall Sanko Corp. in Michigan, USA.
