Business Overview
-The Company is Thailand’s leading automotive parts manufacturer. It manufactures axle shafts, disc brakes, brake drums, and hub wheels for passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles, as well as agricultural machinery.
-On 1 January 2022, the Company has restructured business to be a holding company and has transferred its axle shaft production line to its subsidiary, Somboon Forging Technology Co., Ltd. The purpose is to effectively implement the Company's plan and to increase flexibility in business expansion.
-The Company is organized into two reportable segments based on the products provided as follows:

Aug. 2023 | Sold 10% of its shares in Mubea Somboon Automotive Co., Ltd. (MSA) to Mubea Engineering AG, resulting in the Company holding 40% shares in MSA and the other 60% held by Mubea Engineering. |
