Outlook
-For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, the company forecasts consolidated net sales of JPY 23,200 million, operating income of JPY 1,700 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,850 million, and net income attributable to the parent company of JPY 1,370 million. (Announced in July 2023)

History

Dec. 1951 Established Sonoike Valve Inc. in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo to manufacture and sell engine valves.
Jun. 1952 Completed construction of a plant in Ota-ku, Tokyo and began operations.
Jun. 1952 Changed the name of the Company to Fuji Valve Inc.
Jul. 1953 Daido steel Co., Ltd. invested in the Company.
Oct. 1965 Completed construction of the Fujisawa Plant.
Sep. 1970 Moved main plant to Fujisawa.
Jan. 1972 Acquired capital in Shin Han Valve Ind. Co., Ltd. of Korea, an affiliate accounted for under the equity method.
Jan. 1979 Acquired capital in Wuchou Valve Industry Co., Ltd. of Taiwan, an affiliate accounted for under the equity method.
Jul. 1979 Established Fuji Serina Valve, an affiliate accounted for under the equity method, in Thailand, jointly with TRW Inc. of the U.S. and Seri Wathana ROP of Thailand.
Jun. 1988 Established TRW Fuji Valve Inc., an affiliate accounted for under the equity method, in the U.S. jointly with TRW Inc. of the U.S.
