History

1956 Established as Yunnan Diesel Engine Plant.
Jul. 1998 Yunnan Diesel Engine Plant established Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd.
Apr. 1999

Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Jul. 2001 Acquired Chengdu Diesel Engine Plant and changed the corporate name to Chengdu Yunnei Power Co., Ltd.
Jan. 2004 Acquired Sichuan Huachuan Automobile Co., Ltd. and changed the name of the company to Yunnei Power Dazhou Automobile Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2009 Established Kunming Leimo Power System Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary in the Kunming Economic and Technology Development Zone.
Oct. 2012 Transfered 51 percent share in Yunnei Power Dazhou Automobile Co., Ltd.
Merged Kunming Leimo Power System Co., Ltd.
The Company established Shandong Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. in Shandong province.
Jan. 2014 The Company's holding company, Yunnan Diesel Engine Plant, reformed its organization and changed the company’s name to Yunnei Power Group Co., Ltd.
Jul. 2014 The Company established a new subsidiary in Wuxi, Jiangsu, named as Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd..
Dec. 2014 The Company announced to form a new joint venture, Wuxi Tongrun New Energy Automotive Power Systems Co., Ltd. (tentative name).
Jun. 2015 The Company set up a new company called Wuxi Tongyi Automotive Power Technology Co., Ltd. with Tianjin Santroll Electric Automobile Technology Co., Ltd.and Zhongheng Anxin (Beijing) Smart & Tech Co., Ltd.  The Company held 56.67% shares of the new company.
Jun. 2017 The Company's controlling shareholder, Yunnan Yunnei Power Group Co., Ltd, will set up a new company, CATARC Motor Vehicle Plateau Quality Inspection Center (Yunnan) Co., Ltd., jointly with China Automotive Technology and Research Center (CATARC) and Sino-Precious Metals Holding Co., Ltd.
Jul. 2017 The Company established Wuxi Mingheng Hybrid Power Co., Ltd. with Corun Hybrid System Technology Co., Ltd.
Jan. 2019 The Company plans to acquire 100% shares in Hefei JAC Chaoyang Diesel Engine, a subsidiary of Anhui JAC Motor Group Co., Ltd., investing up to CNY 86.97 million.
