-The Woodbridge Group and Inoac announced that they had established a new 50:50 joint venture. All of the technical foam facilities of The Woodbridge Group and Inoac in North America and South America will operate under the name Woodbridge INOAC Technical Products. Based on the agreement, Woodbridge Foam will acquire 50 percent of the share capital in Kyusyu Inoac Co., Ltd., while the Company will obtain 50 percent of the share capital in Saltillo Interior Trim S.A. de C.V., which is Woodbridge Foam's production base in Mexico.
