Apr. 2003 | The Company spun off the semiconductor business at Pioneer Video Corporation and turned it into a new company called Pioneer Micro Technology Corporation, which became a consolidated subsidiary. Shizuoka Pioneer Corporation absorbed Pioneer Video and changed its name to Pioneer Display Products Corporation, becoming a consolidated subsidiary. |
Sep. 2003 | The stocks that the Company owned in Pioneer LDC Inc. and in Pioneer Entertainment (USA) Inc. were sold to Dentsu Inc. |
