-The main products are automotive diesel engines and off-road-vehicle diesel engines.
The Company’s automotive diesel engines are featured on the DEV (Yunnei Dewei Power) series and YN (Yunnei) series.

  • DEV series: for light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks, small buses, pick-up trucks, and passenger cars.
  • YN series: for light- and medium-duty trucks, construction dump trucks, and small buses.

-The Company supplies dozens of automotive OEMs in China and exports to Europe, South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

-The Company produces engines at four sites, which are in Kunming, Chengdu, Qingzhou and Hefei, China, and has an annual production capacity of 750,000 engines. The Company is currently building a production plant with a production capacity to build 100,000 G-Series energy-saving and environmentally-friendly light-duty commercial vehicle gasoline engines.

1956 Established as Yunnan Diesel Engine Plant.
Jul. 1998 Yunnan Diesel Engine Plant established Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd.

Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Jul. 2001 Acquired Chengdu Diesel Engine Plant and changed the corporate name to Chengdu Yunnei Power Co., Ltd.
Jan. 2004 Acquired Sichuan Huachuan Automobile Co., Ltd. and changed the name of the company to Yunnei Power Dazhou Automobile Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2009 Established Kunming Leimo Power System Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary in the Kunming Economic and Technology Development Zone.
Oct. 2012 Transferred all shares in Yunnei Power Dazhou Automobile Co., Ltd.

Nov. 2021 Yunnan Yunnei Power Group Co., Ltd. completes the acquisition of 60% of Taiyuan Jiangling Power Co., Ltd. After the transaction was completed, Taiyuan Jiangling Power changed its name to Shanxi Yunnei Power Co., Ltd.
