-In April 2019, the Company merged I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., and TDF Corporation, and changed the Company's name to IJTT Co., Ltd.

Corporate Merger

-IJTT decided that on October 1, 2024, its entire rights and duties are to be succeeded to ARTS Co., Ltd. through a merger, and as a result will be dissolved. In line with this merger, ARTS-1 will change its name to IJTT Co., Ltd.

History

Mar. 2013	I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., TDF Corporation and Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd. have agreed to establish a joint holding company to combine operations.
May 2013	Signed a "management integration contract", to create a "Share Transfer Plan".
Jun. 2013	Decided at annual shareholders’ meeting of the three merged companies to establish the Company based on a joint transfer of stock shares and become wholly own subsidiaries of the Company.
Oct. 2013	IJT Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. was established. Listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
May 2015	PT. TJForge Indonesia changed in equity method affiliate from a consolidated subsidiary by carrying out the capital increase.
Jun. 2015	I Metal Technology absorbed Isuzu Techno Sand. Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2016	I Metal Technology Co., Ltd. acquired San-ei Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
Mar. 2018	The Comapny concluded a basic agreement with regard to the merger of I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., and TDF Corporation.
Apr. 2018	I Metal Technology Co., Ltd. acquired Tohoku Sanwa Kinzoku Co., Ltd.
Apr. 2019	Merged I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., and TDF Corporation, and changed the Company's name to IJTT Co., Ltd.
Jun. 2019	Relocated head office to Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Apr. 2022	Moved to the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Mar. 2024	Delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange
