Business outside Japan
-The Company announced its planned merger-absorption of Tohoku Seikou, effective July 1, 2008. The Company has decided that the business of Tohoku Seikou, its wholly-owned subsidiary which engages in machine processing of forged products, be merged as part of the Company's overall effort to streamline operations and improve productivity within the group.
