1963 Constructed new facility at Denklingen which serves as current headquarters.
1971 Renamed Company to Hirschvogel KG.
1981 Renamed Company to Hirschvogel Umformtechnik GmbH.
1988 Founded first overseas facility, Hirschvogel Inc., in Columbus, Ohio, US.
2001 Formed joint venture with Taiwanese partner Chian Hsing Forging in China.
2005 Dissolved joint venture in China and formed new wholly owned subsidiary in China, Hirschvogel Automotive Components (Pinghu) Co., Ltd.
2008 Formed joint venture with Mahle, Mahle Hirschvogel Forjas S.A., through the takeover of shares of Forjas Brasileiras.
Formed joint venture in India, Hirschvogel Kalyani India Pvt. Ltd., with Kalyani Thermal Systems Ltd.
2009 Formed joint venture in Poland, Hirschvogel Kotani Poland Sp. z.o.o., with Japanese partner Kotani.
Founded Hirschvogel Holding GmbH as parent company of all group companies.
2011 Acquired shares of joint venture in Poland and renamed new wholly owned subsidiary, Hirschvogel Components Poland Sp. z.o.o.
2012 Acquired shares of joint venture in India from partner and renamed new wholly owned subsidiary, Hirschvogel Components India Pvt. Ltd.
2015 An additional machining hall will go into production at the Hirschvogel plant in Pinghu, China.
Jul. 2016 Founded Hirschvogel Components Mexico S.A. de C.V. to set up a new plant in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico.
Apr. 2018 Announced that it inaugurated a USD 30 million production facility in San Juan del Rio, Mexico.
