History

1951	The Company established Yulin Quantang Industrial Plant.
1992	The Company adopted a new name, Yuchai Machinery (Guangxi) Group Co., Ltd., and established a new subsidiary, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.
Feb. 1993	The five largest shareholders of the Company jointly established China Yuchai International Limited in Singapore, which became the top shareholder of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.
Dec. 1994	China Yuchai International Limited was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Jul. 2007	The Company established Guangxi Yuchai Engineering Research Institute to conduct research and development activities for diesel engines.
Aug. 2009	The Company established Yuchai United Power, jointly with China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd. (CIMC) and Chery Automobile.
Mar. 2011	The Company established CSR Yuchai Nanjun Engine Co., Ltd. jointly with China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock Corporation Limited (CSR) and Sichuan Nanjun Automobile Group Co., Ltd.
Jun. 2013	The Company established Baotou Beiben Yuchai Engine Co., Ltd. in Baotou, Inner Mongolia jointly with Baotou Beifang Chuangye Co., Ltd., Beiben Trucks Group Co., Ltd., and Y&C Engine Co., Ltd.
Sep. 2014	The Company turned Yuchai Rebuilt Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. into its wholly owned subsidiary by acquiring the remaining 49 percent share owned by Caterpillar (China) Investment CO., Ltd., its former joint venture partner.
May. 2016	Guangxi Yuchai Industry New City Investment Development Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, established a joint venture with Yulin Yinlun Ecotechnology Co., Ltd.
Mar. 2018	Yuchai Group's joint venture, Guangxi UST Sensor Technology Co., Ltd., celebrated its operational launch.
Oct. 2018	Established Eberspaecher Yuchai Exhaust Processing System with Eberspaecher Exhaust Technology International GmbH.
Nov. 2019	Group company, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Monopoly Development (YMMC), established Vietnam Yuchai Machinery Services Co., Ltd. (VYMS).
May. 2020	Guangxi Yuchai New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd., a group company, acquired production qualification to build new-energy commercial vehicles.
Apr. 2021	The company has established Yuchai Advanced Technology Research Institute.
Sep. 2023	Yuchaixinlan (Jiangsu) Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. started business in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province.
