Business Overview

-A major manufacturer of stamped products. Major products are: parts for exhaust systems and powertrains, parts for vehicle bodies and interiors, and suspension parts.

-Operates in Japan, North America, Europe, China, and other Asian markets. As of the fiscal year that ended in March 2025, Toyota (including Daihatsu and Hino) accounted for 82.3% of sales. Mar. 1935	Established Kanto Heavy Industrial Co., Ltd. in Tokyo for the production and sales of munitions, parts for automobiles and aircraft, and metal containers.
Feb. 1946	Changed the Company name to Futaba Industrial Co., Ltd. and started to produce fishing net machines and furniture made from pipes in Naka-Machi, Okazaki City, Aichi Pref.
May 1948	Started production of automotive parts and welding machines.
May 1957	Established Nagoya Plant.
Sep. 1959	Established Midori Plant in conjunction with its expansion of automotive parts production.
Oct. 1966	Shifted headquarters and Okazaki Plant to present location and expanded business operations.
