After-market products: Genuine company-made products sold by auto dealers, such as exterior parts and electrical products.
Automotive devices: Inspection and maintenance devices used by OEMs and maintenance companies; and facilities and devices used in manufacturing.

History

Feb. 1937	Nissan Auto Sales Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Altia Co., Ltd. was established.
Apr. 1939	Hashimoto Iron Works Inc., the predecessor of Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. was established.
Apr. 2004	Altia Co., Ltd. and Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. merged to form Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd.
Feb. 2005	Altia Co., Ltd. and Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. merged to form Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd.
Aug. 2005	The Company moved its headquarters to Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Oct. 2007	Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd. absorbed Orion Techno Co., Ltd. to form Altia Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2007	FALTEC Co., Ltd. absorbed the automobile parts / accessories business of Altia Hashimoto and became a holding company that manufactures and sells automotive components.
Nov. 2007	The Company's stock was delisted from the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Apr. 2012	Became a subsidiary of TPR Co., Ltd.
Aug. 2012	SRG Global Inc. invested in Faltec SRG Global (Thailand) Co., Ltd., acquiring 20% ownership.
Mar. 2013	The Company was relisted on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
May 2014	Acquired the automotive and motorcycle electronic parts business from Mitsubishi Cable Industries, Ltd.
Dec. 2014	Designated as a stock under the first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Dec. 2017	Established Kitakyushu Faltec, the plating process company for automotive components.
Apr. 2022	Moved from the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to the Prime Market due to the TSE's reorganization.
