-HERCUNITE® Series Heat-Resistant Cast Steel/Iron Components
These components are used in exhaust-related products such as exhaust manifolds
and turbine housings. They are able to withstand the high temperatures associated with engine combustion. In addition, they contribute to improving fuel consumption and cleaning emission gas. They are installed in the Volvo S60, S80 and XC90.
-CERACAT(R) filter for cleaning emission gas
This is a ceramic filter for removing soot discharged from diesel vehicles. This large-sized, single-unit filter is capably of trapping a high percentage of micro soot particles, in the order of 10 nm, and also reducing pressure loss through sophisticated control of the shape, size and distribution of pores. It is installed in the Hino Profia.

-SCUBA™: Large-Caliber Aluminum Wheels Featuring Sophisticated Design
By making optimum use of CAE technology, the Company was able to create these wheels that not only feature a more sophisticated design but also are lighter in weight. The design enables a minimum draft of 3.5 degrees and a minimum wall thickness of 3.0 mm. They are being installed in the Mazda RX-8 and the Subaru Legacy.
-LUSTERIC® Series
The coating provides a chrome-plated finish without the use of harmful substances. This new coating offers a more sophisticated metallic feel and look with sharper and deeper shading compared to that given by conventional silver paint. It is being used on the MAZDA Roadster (limited edition).
