-Gabriel India's sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017 increased by 6% from INR 14,264 million in the previous fiscal year to INR 15,130 million. It reported a 11.4% growth in EBITDA, largely based on volume growth in Aftermarket, Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles Business Units and control on raw material costs.

The Company reported 9.2% growth in EBITDA, largely on account of volume growth in the Aftermarket, Passenger Cars & Commercial Vehicles Business Units and control of expenses, primarily raw material costs.

-Gabriel India's sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015 increased by 12.2% from INR 12,745 million in the previous fiscal year to INR 14,298 million. Gabriel India had an increase in sales for the two/three-wheeler, commercial vehicle, and export segments, which was partially offset by a decrease in sales in its passenger vehicle segment.

-Gabriel India's sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014 increased by 6.6% from INR 11,960 million in the previous year to INR 12,745 million. Sales growth for the two and three wheeler markets and commercial vehicle market was slightly offset by a decline in the passenger vehicle market.
-In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014, Gabriel India's exports dropped 13.7% from INR 415 million to INR 358 million. The decrease was due to a drop in sales to a customer in a key market which was caused by local political unrest.
Victor Gaskets India Limited
-Net sales for Victor Gaskets in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014 was INR 711.0 million, a 4.6% decrease from INR 745.1 million the year before. The decrease in sales was caused by declining economic conditions in Europe.

-Sales in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 for Gabriel India increased by 7.2% from INR 11,153 million to INR 11,960 million.
-In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 Gabriel India's total exports dropped by 25.0% from INR 553 million the previous fiscal year to INR 415 million.
-According to its estimate, Gabriel India is the market leader in shock absorbers and front forks with a 45% market share in India in the passenger vehicles segment and over 80% market share in India in the commercial vehicles segment.
-Gabriel India has a combined capacity of over 24 million shock absorbers and struts and 2.7 million front forks.

-Anand I-Power Limited exports approximately 55% of its product range to overseas markets.

Joint Ventures
Anand I-Power Limited and Federal-Mogul Anand Sealings India Limited
-In March 2015, the Company and Federal-Mogul Powertrain announced that they have entered into an agreement to convert the Company's sealing and piston ring businesses into joint venture operations. The new joint ventures will be known as Federal-Mogul Anand Sealings India Limited and Anand I-Power Limited. Federal-Mogul Powertrain will hold a 51% stake of the new sealing joint venture; the Company, along with smaller shareholders, will own 49% of the operation. The Company will hold a majority stake in the piston ring joint venture, Anand I-Power Limited. (From a press release on March 10, 2015)
Mando Automotive India Limited
-In 2013, the Company and Mando Corporation agreed to the merger of the two joint ventures partnered by the two companies. The new company, known as Mando Automotive India Limited, was formed from the merger of Mando India Limited and Mando Steering Systems India Limited. Mando Automotive India has a combined turnover of INR 12,350 million. The consolidated operations of the new company were scheduled to begin in April 2013. Approximately 1,200 people will be employed by Mando Automotive India. The new company will manufacture brakes, suspensions and steering systems. (From a press release on February 20, 2013)
Mando India Steering Systems Private Limited
-In 2012, the Company acquired a 26% share in Mando India Steering Systems (MIS) from the Mando Corporation. MIS was established in 2006 and generated KRW 108 billion in sales in 2011. (From a press release on October 29, 2012)
Business Partnerships
Ansysco
-In February 2015, Liqui Moly, a German motor oil and additives company, and Ansysco announced the formation of a business partnership at the Automechanika exhibition in New Delhi. Liqui Moly hopes to use Ansysco's distribution and retail network to establish its products in India, while at the same time broadening the Company's product range. -Gabriel India Ltd., the flagship company of Anand Group informed that it has signed a Technology Assistance Agreement (TAA) with TORRE (Gabriel South Africa) to provide technology on products and processes. Gabriel South Africa produces shock absorbers, MacPherson struts, strut cartridges (pressurized and non-pressurized designs), and gas springs (Gabriel Gas Lift). -In March 2017, Gabriel India Ltd. informed that it has won export orders from Isuzu for Thailand and Indonesia in CV Segment. Other than that, it has also received export orders from Mahindra GenZe USA for eScooter Amphere.

-In January 2017, Ansysco Anand, a Group company of ANAND Automotive and SEIKEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO.,LTD., Japan announced about entering into a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) to manufacture and sell Coolant and Brake Fluids to Japanese OEMs in India. This collaboration will ease the entry of Ansysco Anand into Japanese OEM’s who contribute nearly 60% vehicle sales in the Indian automotive market. SEIKEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY was founded in April 1959, which was originally Brake & Brake Fluid Laboratory of Meiji Sangyo Company. Mando Automotive India Limited
-In 2014, Mando India developed the electric power steering system used in the Datsun Go sold in India. Mando India received "Best Engineering Support" award from Nissan primarily because of the development of the system. Spicer India Limited
-In 2013, Dana Holding Corporation announced that it is expanding its business relationship with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. by supplying it with Spicer axles with AdvanTEK gears. These axles would be used in Mahindra & Mahindra's new platform for sport-utility vehicles and small trucks. -In August 2012, Henkel Teroson India announced that it will be supplying products for the Chevrolet CN-100 platform of General Motors India. Henkel Teroson also announced that it will manufacture products for Ford's B515 platform and for Tata Motors.

-In November 2014, ITT Corporation announced that its KONI brand has signed a technology license agreement with Gabriel India Limited. The agreement will allow the companies to better serve the suspension needs of the Indian commercial vehicle, bus and industrial equipment markets. As part of the agreement, KONI will provide technology that will allow Gabriel to manufacture damper products for the original equipment market and aftermarket in India as well as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan.
