This 'DualRubber' mount can reduce axle vibrations and road noise, making it suitable for both conventional and particularly quiet drive systems such as those found in hybrid and electric vehicles. Initial measurements show a noise reduction of up to 7 dB and considerable vibration reduction. The reverberation period after crossing a transverse joint is cut by 40%. (From a press release on June 17, 2014)

Air suspensions for compact SUVs
-TrelleborgVibracoustic has developed the first air suspension for the compact SUV segment. The system will be used in a new model from a premium German OEM.
