Hose Module

Tokai Rubber combines its high functional technology with Dytec's modularization technology to carmakers' module designing. Tokai Rubber acquired Italian automotive hose manufacturer Dynamic Fluid Technologies in 2013.

Heat Dissipation Sound-Absorbing Material

The high temperature conduction foam urethane MIF can be used for both noise reduction and the countermeasure of heat dissipation.

Soft Engine Cover

The light-polyurethane foam-based cover enhances sound-proof effect as well as pedestrian protection.

"Smart Rubber"

The steering uses "Smart Rubber" (SR), which is the stretchable and conductive rubber electrode. The SR sensor will be able to check the state of the driver from the way he or she handles the steering.
