Capacity Expansion

- Changchun Yidong Clutch Co., Ltd. will invest 52.02 million yuan in plants and equipment in order to increase its capacity to produce diaphragm spring clutches from the current 2.5 million to 3.6 million units. The company aims to complete the new production lines in 2013 after spending 19 months for the construction. It will install additional 88 pieces of machinery to boost operations on its passenger vehicle clutch production lines. The company will also raise its capacity to produce large clutches for heavy-duty vehicles. Installing new equipment is expected to improve product performance and quality as well. Pass examination

- On November 10, an expert from Volkswagen examined the technology of the Company's 200 products, which were joint project cooperated between the Company and Brazil Volkswagen. The Company passed the examination and had ability to design products and qualification to offer VW samples for Chinese market.(From a press release, November 10, 2011)

- On January 10, 2011, the Company was awarded the Excellent Supplier Award for 2010 from Shenyang Xinguang Brilliance Automobile Engine Co., Ltd. (From a press release, January 17, 2011)
