Dongfeng Technology completed asset reorganization

-In September 2021, Dongfeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Dongfeng Technology) completed the delivery of the assets subject to the asset restructuring project transaction, which, according to an announcement by Dongfeng Technology in June 2020, involved equity interests in several companies in the Dongfeng Parts Group.(from multiple sources)

Strategic cooperation

The subsidiary DFCS and Wugang Group Co., Ltd. jointly set up Innovation Studio
-Baowu Jixi Wuhan Steel Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Motor Chassis Systems Co., Ltd. (DFCS) held a signing ceremony for the establishment of a joint Innovation Studio in Shiyan. The two companies will focus on chassis weight reduction, and through deeper research and development, will work to reduce the carbon content of high-strength steels. The subsidiary Dongfeng Die & Stamping Technologies Co., Ltd. cooperates with HUST
-The Company’s subsidiary Dongfeng Die & Stamping Technologies Co., Ltd. and Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), agreed to a strategic partnership to conduct a research project on stamping and forming technology for 1180-1470 MPa ultra-high strength steel. The Company signed an industry-university-research cooperation agreement with HUST in September 2017 to carry out in-depth cooperation for the research on new technologies for key automotive parts, which also laid the foundation for subsequent cooperation. The "demonstration project of high-precision complex machining line for passenger car dual clutch transmission and shift hub", in which both parties participated, successfully passed the acceptance inspection in 2020. Plant construction

-On December 28, 2021, the relocation of the intelligent new factory of its subsidiary, Dongfeng Automobile Electronics Co., Ltd., was officially launched. The intelligent new factory construction project was launched in April 2019 and is located in the Dongjin New Area Dongfeng Parts Group Industrial Park in Xiangyang, covering an area of about 3.5 acres. After the formal opening, it will have an annual capacity of 600,000 sets of combined instrumentation for automobiles and construction machinery, 6 million sets of sensors of various types, and 600,000 sets of body control modules. -On November 23, 2021, the 1.8 millionth silicone oil clutch fan assembly came off the production line of the Wuhan plant of Dongfeng Behr Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. A new silicone oil fan production line was officially opened to realize product upgrading and smarter manufacturing technology.
