Porsche Macan 2025MY (EU)

The Porsche Macan adopts the newly developed “Premium Platform Electric (PPE),” which features Porsche’s first 800 V architecture.
The “Integrated Power Box (IPB),” designed for weight and space savings, integrates three components: the OBC, high-voltage heater, and DC/DC converter.

1) official WLTP Range/consumption from manufacture
2) 470kW only for over boost

Key Features

  • New Premium Platform Electric (PPE)
  • 800V Architecture
  • NMC battery with 12 modules, each with 15 prismatic cells
  • Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PSM) on both axles
    • Windings made of rectangular copper wire to maximize the amount of copper filling in the stator
  • Power electronics with silicon carbide semiconductors (SiC)
  • At 400V charging stations, a high voltage switch divides the 800V battery to create two separate 400V electric circuits
