  Although technology development related to engine control has been declining overall in recent years, Toyota and others have maintained a certain scale of development. Each company is actively developing engine control systems for hybrid vehicles. Furthermore, technologies for using fuels other than conventional gasoline, such as bi-fuel and hydrogen ammonia, as well as development of technologies in areas such as data learning and program updates, reflect recent trends.
