Summary

The Tech.AD Conference, organized by the German event provider we.CONECT Global Leaders, took place in Berlin on March 23 and 24, 2026. As part of the Smart Mobility event series, the conference was co-located with TESTING AD, a dedicated event focusing on simulation, testing, verification & validation of autonomous vehicles.

Bringing together approximately 310 advanced engineers and automotive experts from OEMs, Tier 1s, suppliers, and leading research institutes, who are working on the future of ADAS, AI/ML/DL, sensor and perception technologies, software architectures, or any other area of autonomous driving.

Conference sessions were organized into three thematic tracks:

Intelligent Perception – Exploring the next generation of radar and AI-driven validation techniques shaping the future of autonomous vehicle.
Validation and Verification – Addressing AI-driven testing, redundancy challenges, and data-centric validation techniques to accelerate deployment and compliance
Data-driven Autonomy – Focusing on the role of data platforms in advancing autonomous vehicle development. for safe and efficient vehicle operation.

Looking ahead, next year’s edition is scheduled to take place in Berlin from March 15 and 16, 2027.
