  The 18th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (Auto China 2024) was held at the China International Exhibition Center from April 25 to May 4. The exhibition attracted attention from well-known Chinese and non-Chinese automakers, suppliers, and technology companies. The event covered a total area of 220,000 square meters, showcasing 117 world premiere models, 41 concept cars and 278 NEV models. A total of 892,000 people (including 28,000 from outside of China) visited the venue.

  This report focuses on the latest new energy vehicles (NEVs) of Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. (Changan), Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAC), and Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd. (JAC) that were exhibited at the Auto China 2024 motor show in Beijing, and also introduces new trends. Changan held the world premiere of the full-sized "Changan Qiyuan E07” SUV and the BEV van "Changan Kaicene V919," and launched the second generation of its PHEV UNI-V iDD coupe. The GAC Group announced its "Smart Mobility 2027" action plan and unveiled the world premiere of the second-generation AION V, the first global strategic model of GAC Aion. In addition, the Trumpchi brand will be equipped with Huawei's new generation smart technology. The JAC Group unveiled the new technology vision concept car "De-Fine" and launched the "Refine RF8 Harmony Edition" MPV, the first to be equipped with Huawei's in-vehicle system.
