The digital transformation (DX) of the automotive industry is progressing rapidly. In response to the trends of centralized vehicle architectures, software defined vehicles (SDVs), and cloud services, many suppliers and new market entrants at the IAA Mobility 2023 event in Munich, at the Messe München exhibition center and in the city center, showcased related technologies at IAA, creating new business opportunities.
With the transition to SDVs, all aspects of the vehicle architecture, development methodology, and ecosystem are being transformed. The development of SDVs requires expertise in different areas such as semiconductors, software, sensors, cloud, and services, and this diversity makes cross-industry collaboration essential for rapid and effective digital transformation (DX). Furthermore, building partnerships can reduce development costs and time.
