・According to LMC Automotive's forecast (Quarter 2, 2019), global light vehicle sales in 2019 will be 92.04 million units, a decrease of 2.7% y/y.

・With a stagnating Chinese market which has been leading global sales up until now, the US is also expected to see a y/y decline and global sales are expected to shrink for the second consecutive year.

・The global market is forecast to grow again after 2020 helped by a recovery in the Chinese and Indian markets, however mature markets such as the US and Japan are expected to continue to shrink.
