The China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) announced the production and sales volumes of passenger cars (including sedans, SUVs, MPVs but not minivans) for June 2024.
Retail
June retail sales volumes of passenger cars totaled 1.767 million units, reflecting a year-over-year (y/y) decrease of 6.7%.
New Energy Vehicles (NEVs)
In June, wholesale volumes of New Energy passenger cars totaled 982,000 units, up 29.0% y/y.
