The China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) announced the production and sales volumes of passenger cars (including sedans, SUVs, MPVs but not minivans) for June 2022.
Retail
June retail sales of passenger cars totaled 1.943 million units, reflecting a year-over-year (y/y) increase of 22.6%.
New Energy Vehicles (NEVs)
In June, wholesale volumes of NEV passenger cars were 571,000 units, up 141.4% y/y.
