U.S. expands Section 301 tariffs tied to forced labor enforcement
On July 23, the U.S. directed the implementation of new Section 301 tariffs on imports from 60 economies over concerns related to forced labor import enforcement. Tariffs of 10% or 12.5% will apply to goods from countries including Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, members of the European Union, China, India, Thail....
