BMW completes USD 1.7 billion investment in Spartanburg, Woodruff plants, premieres new BMW X5
On June 30, BMW Group announced the completion of a USD 1.7 billion investment in its South Carolina operations. With the completed expansion of Plant Spartanburg and the construction of Plant Woodruff, BMW has established the foundation for assembly of fully electric BMW vehicles in the state.
