Tesla in focus as fatal ‘autopilot’ crash into Texas home triggers NHTSA probe

On June 22, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Administration (NHTSA) said that it will open a formal investigation into a crash involving a Tesla Model 3 that drove into a home in Katy,  Texas on June 19, killing a woman inside. 
The driver told police the vehicle was using Tesla's automated driving assistance system....
