Isuzu to reduce capital of Isuzu (China) Engine and reclassify it as equity-method affiliate
On December 19, Isuzu Motors Limited announces that it resolved to change Isuzu (China) Engine Co., Ltd., a local joint venture in Chongqing, China, operated with its business partners Qingling Motors (Group) Co., Ltd. and Qingling Motors Co., Ltd., from a consolidated subsidiary to an equity-method affiliate.
