Tata Motors, India to acquire Iveco’s commercial vehicle business in EUR 3.8 billion deal
On July 30, Tata Motors Limited and Italy-based Iveco Group N.V. announced a definitive agreement under which Tata Motors will acquire Iveco's commercial vehicle business. The acquisition excludes Iveco’s defence division, which will be separated through a sale or spin-off by March 31, 2026.
