Gonvarri, Spain buys stakes in Hidria, Slovenia
On July 19, Slovenia Business Development Agency announced that Hidria doo has sold its stake to Spanish automotive supplier Gonvarri. Hidria owners control the group through the company H&R. While Gonvarri now reportedly owns some 40% of H&R, the majority stake, some 52%, is held by a consortium of managers.
