Ford Super Duty, Expedition production cut at Kentucky, Ohio plants with chip shortage
On March 22, Ford announced that the Ohio Assembly plant in Avon Lake will be down completely and Kentucky Truck will be working two of three shifts because of a semiconductor parts shortage, according to Kelli Felker, Ford global manufacturing and labor communications manager.
