Ford building F-150s, Edge without electronic modules, halting Louisville, Cologne production
On March 18, Ford Motor Co. announced that it is temporarily building F-150 pickups at its Dearborn Truck and Kansas City assembly plants, and Edge SUVs at its Oakville plant in Canada without key parts, including some electronic modules, due to the global semiconductor shortage.
