Lifan begins sales of Uruguay-made X80 SUV in Brazil
On June 18, Lifan announced the launch of its seven-seat X80 SUV in Brazil.
Working from imported CKD kits, the EFFA Motors plant in San Jose, Uruguay started assembly of the X80 in mid-April, producing 320 units to date in place of the smaller X60 SUV, which has been assembled there since 2013.
