Infiniti, Buick top J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Customer Service Index, key to brand advocacy
On March 15, J.D. Power released its 2018 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) Study.
Based on service quality measurements on a 1,000 point basis from 74,021 owners and lessees of 2015 to 2017 model-year vehicles, the CSI Study quantifies customer satisfaction which, in turn, leads to greater brand advocacy.
