On March 15, J.D. Power released its 2018 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) Study.
Based on service quality measurements on a 1,000 point basis from 74,021 owners and lessees of 2015 to 2017 model-year vehicles, the CSI Study quantifies customer satisfaction which, in turn, leads to greater brand advocacy.
