Lifan Motors resumes production at Uruguay plant
On March 31, Lifan Motors announced that its CKD plant in Uruguay will resume engine manufacturing and automobile assembly in April.
Production had been suspended in December 2015, due to the economic depression in Brazil.
Upon resumption of production, the plant will export 1,000 X60s to the Brazilian market.
