Ficosa International, S.A. announced the opening of a new production facility in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. This is the third plant of Ficosa in the country. The Shenyang plant, which covers an area of 10,000 square meters, expandable to 17,000, is expected to employ about 400 people over the next four years....
